洪水預報及調度系統



    以歷史水雨情數據信息為基礎,對流域洪水預報模型進行參數率定,結合實時水雨情信息和天氣預報降雨,對未來流域內各個控制斷面的水位流量過程進行預報,并根據預報來水過程,結合實時水庫運行狀態,在保證水庫安全運行的前提下,進行流域洪水調洪計算,實現對防洪控制點造成危險的洪峰進行錯峰調度,削弱洪峰過程,保證流域防洪安全。
